A short hike/drive to the top of the ski runs near our home afforded some beautiful scenery, and wildflowers.

The top of Crested Butte Mountain was visible above the Orange Sneezeweed.

The Silvery Lupine framed the view of the East River Valley -

As did the mountain Sunflowers.

The cool peacefullness of the Aspen Forest is always a joy.
